I just received the laptop. It came in the original packaging, all accessories never opened, and it looks and feels like brand new. So far, I'm very impressed. Let's see in the following days , excellent valeu for the money, even with the taxes to get in in Brazil.

This is my second surface laptop after I lost my last one and I love it! It’s compact, lightweight, clean, sleek. Keyboard not the most functional, I make errors a lot, I feel like the placement makes typing naturally a little difficult. Build quality is good although I will say, Best Buy cannot fix these guys so I recommend an extended warranty. I had a surface-go before and the way the hardware is built, it cannot be opened up by third party to fix. I’m sure if it broke or something stopped working, they would just have to send you a new one but definitely why I’d recommend the warranty. So far it has been scratch resistant.

The only problem is they said it's 15 inches laptop but what i received was 13.5 inches

Battery charger heats up like fireball, no gst input credit as the seller did not upload it on the system. Frustrating!!!

I have purchased at 64kWith exchange my old laptop dell core i5 net payable 54k64-10=54Office licences need to buy separately

I bought this in the UK expecting it to be a UK PC. It isn't, it is American. Having spent 5 hours on the phone with Microsoft reps trying to fix the various problems this causes, without success, they gave me an appointment at the store where I found I had been sold an American Machine and the problems aren't fixable. The store also told me that the machine had been commissioned on June 24th 2021 although I hadn't bought it till May 2022 so only a couple of months on guarantee left. Not only did this waste hours of time I now have to pay for set up all over again on the new machine which I have now had to buy from Microsoft.Avoid this seller.

I immediately experienced issues with this laptop. I souped it up with 1T 32GB ram and ryzen processor and I honestly don’t think this model can handle those specs. I had issues with the drivers from the start, crackling speaker noises (due to audio drivers) and followed all the instructions, the issue was never resolved. Then when I tried to restore the computer I got stuck on a blue screen loop due to a driver issue. In the meantime I experienced how quickly the ryzen processor drained the battery, more like 2-4 hours battery life before you plug in. I was planning on using Adobe creative cloud but it was not keeping up with some of the heavier duty programs. It froze and programs shut down a couple times on me. Overall I really wanted to like this computer but ended up returning. For the same price I paid for all the upgrades I got a 16” MacBook Pro that will definitely be able to out preform this laptop. I’m bummed that I won’t have a touch screen but that’s just an extra add on, don’t let it sway your decision.

I upgrade to windows 10 Pro and I use the surface laptop 3 for my job, it is a good mobility option, very fast and excellent screen.

I am a university professor, and I really need to have a laptop that I can carry around with me apart from my everyday desktop computer. I was looking for something small but light with a touch screen. I had a Yoga 2-in-1 prior to buying a Surface 3 laptop, and experienced the benefits of using the touch screen for scrolling and selecting when it was impractical to carry a mouse. The Surface 3 laptop is definitely a premium product for productivity. I was considering it, a MacBook Air, or a MSFT Surface Laptop Go. I just happened to find the Surface Laptop 3 that was price competitive with all of these with better specifications and bought one. It was a difficult decision to make because there are so many portable, easy to use laptops to choose from. I don't regret my decision one bit. Here are the features that I really like about the Microsoft Surface Laptop 3. (1) The 13 inch model has just the right size screen for me to have two documents pulled up side by side. (2) Connecting to wifi is very fast and dropped connections have not happened in my months of use. (3) The screen is sensitive to touch. (4) The touchpad rivals Apple's and is quite responsive. (5) The keyboard is backlit, and the the screen's brightness is easy to adjust when plugged in or not. (6) The charging cable is magnetic in its attachment and easily lets go when there is tension so that your device isn't jostled. (7) The USB port options allow me to plug in my portable USB hub for many USBs if desired, as well as a LAN cable that bypasses wifi. [In other words, this device is backward compatible for cheapskates like me.] (8). The battery life is great. I can work all day on it before needing to charge it, which is dramatically better than my 2015 Yoga. (9) I can use this computer to code and run stats software as it has better specs than the Go and comparable or better than the Macbook Air. (10) Graphics are pretty decent for a laptop for productivity. (11) Speaker volume is fairly loud and clear. (12) Keyboard is flawless. Typing easy, fast, and without sticking at all. (12) Keyboard includes Home, End, Page up, and Page down keys. (13) Power on with simple keyboard keypress, and secure access via face recognition. (14) With a stylus, I can write on the screen, and I have used this when creating videos that require me to work through stats equations for students or that require that I make marks on lecture slides to point out key info.I suspect that when this laptop becomes obsolete, I will again consider a Microsoft Laptop if they are around. The device has a sturdy build, with an aluminum cover and base. It doesn't overheat, but you can hear the fan kick in with extended use for videos or computer games with graphics.

It came in full, very clean, new packaging. I’ve had the laptop for 2-3 months or so. It works great! I’m a college student currently so I make sure to not scratch it up in my bags. Somewhat scratch resistant, don’t push your luck with it. It is indeed touchscreen, I get to play small video games with my friends well like Among Us, or Don’t starve Together just fine. Wouldn’t recommend this computer AT ALL for hard gaming, like Apex Legends or CoD. Works great for day to day life work! I really enjoy the product. NOTE: Does not come with USB-C port, I recommend waiting for the Surface 4 if you would like a laptop with USB-C connection. You could buy the Doc that will allow for USB-C but I don’t think it’s worth to put another 200$ for the extra accessory when you could wait a little bit longer for the Surface 4 that will eventually come out.

Very slim, light weight laptop. Battery life is ok. Color is good. Packing is intact. Value for money.

Organizing new rock and gems in categories in word and printing for a metaphysical shopLove the touch screen, and the background photos are wonderful and so crisp and wonderful color

I purchased this machine because I recently purchased several Native Instruments plugins for use with my application copy of Fruity Loops. My old computer was struggling to even eek out a full measure without crackling or stuttering, so it was time. This computer is simultaneously running FLStudio with multiple heavy Native Instrument channels without any stutter. I will say that it initially did have a little lag, but upping the buffer threshold has taken care of it. I have seen some complain that the I7 processor is insufficient for heavy music production, but if you are concerned about that, look up a tutorial about turning off the turbo boost since this should rectify the problem that many described. As for graphics, I have been using Flowscape to create ambient animated scenes, and the processor deals with this as well as most high end laptops would. I had a scene with thousands of animated 3d models (plants and particle effects included), and the framerate hovered around 8-10, which is fine for the initial setup of the scene. When I rendered it, it output about 1 frame per second at 4k quality, and the end result was as smooth as butter.Beyond that, it is a good quality, metal body, extremely high resolution machine with a lot of power for only weighing 2 pounds. If you are producing music with 30 different instruments or if you are a professional animator or heavy gamer, then you probably already know that you should spring for a tower with adequate cooling and hardware. If you enjoy moderate/heavy mixing and casual graphics work, this machine is absolutely perfect. The only warning I have is that this does not come with an SD slot. If you are worried about storage space, spring for the model with a bigger hard drive.

Excellent laptop - works smoothly, easy to setup and use, and very sleek..face recognition for login is great!

Forget apple MacBook Pro after this

I use this as my personal laptop. The look and feel of the product is great. The only issue is battery life. The system gives you 5-6 hours in battery power.

Love this laptop. It runs quick and the keyboard is a dream to use - my biggest complaint with most laptops is the keyboard. More importantly, it runs smooth and boots up really fast. I've multitasked with no issues (nothing intense though - not really gamers). The touch screen is responsive. The laptop really wins in looks- the colour is gorgeous. Love the metal, it feels as lovely as it looks. It opens quite easily as well, doesn't lift off the table when using one hand.Surface products are awesome, and well worth the money.

Best laptop I never owned as a Sysadmin windows. Solid, beautiful and well made.I just upgraded to Windows Pro.[+]- awesome quality, feel so good- trackpad and touch screen- powerful processors and hardware- solid AC and unique charging unit- screen quality is incredible- keyboard response (better than my Mac)- temperature keep low on higher cpu- speaker quality- so nice to have a USB 3 (so useful can work with cable without having adapter.) And a USB C that can put a dual screen or docker!- solide camera and Windows hello.- the black finish is amazing.- so More[-]- Windows home, had to update to Pro- only 2 port (USB A and a USB C)- the cost (but worth the price)I recommend the laptop surface

I work from home and I travel a lot so I needed a laptop that could travel with me easily but still have the capacity to handle everything I do all day.At home it’s connected docking station and when I travel I just unplug and go.
