Been using this laptop for several years and I must say that its worth every penny. Battery has been excellent and its been over 6 years now. Keyboard haptic feedback works for me as its very responsive. Speakers could have been better as its a bit muffled at times but overall a satisfactory speaker. Overall a solid built laptop that still works to this day with no issues.

Very happy with this unit, Black 8 GB 256. The screen is excellent, can be viewed in bright sun even with polarized sunglasses. Very minimal design but it’s done right. Keyboard has 3 levels of lighting and the touchpad is well designed. Battery life is 9 hours for my use and USB C charging is very handy. Good value for money.

Very slim, light weight laptop. Battery life is ok. Color is good. Packing is intact. Value for money.

I find this product to be very easy to setup and navigate. Battery life lasts for days. Great purchase overall!

Forget apple MacBook Pro after this

This is my second.....The first one I dropped and the screen broke, and after 4 years it seemed to have seen better days, so I ordered the same (after days of anguished researching). The keyboard is user friendly and I just love the touch screen. It's light enough to travel with (if I ever travel again) I definitely recommend this but I use it only for writing and email. Have no idea about other uses.

I use this as my personal laptop. The look and feel of the product is great. The only issue is battery life. The system gives you 5-6 hours in battery power.

Love this laptop. It runs quick and the keyboard is a dream to use - my biggest complaint with most laptops is the keyboard. More importantly, it runs smooth and boots up really fast. I've multitasked with no issues (nothing intense though - not really gamers). The touch screen is responsive.The laptop really wins in looks- the colour is gorgeous. Love the metal, it feels as lovely as it looks. It opens quite easily as well, doesn't lift off the table when using one hand.Surface products are awesome, and well worth the money.

Best laptop I never owned as a Sysadmin windows. Solid, beautiful and well made.I just upgraded to Windows Pro.[+]- awesome quality, feel so good- trackpad and touch screen- powerful processors and hardware- solid AC and unique charging unit- screen quality is incredible- keyboard response (better than my Mac)- temperature keep low on higher cpu- speaker quality- so nice to have a USB 3 (so useful can work with cable without having adapter.) And a USB C that can put a dual screen or docker!- solide camera and Windows hello.- the black finish is amazing.- so More[-]- Windows home, had to update to Pro- only 2 port (USB A and a USB C)- the cost (but worth the price)I recommend the laptop surface
