I was cautious when I ordered this since the company were inconsistent, but when this arrived I was very impressed. The computer looks like new and seems to work perfectly. Specs were exactly as described. My company IT people said that it was an amazing deal. It was well packed and arrived on schedule. I have only used it for a day, but based on this I would highly recommend the seller.

Great deal with memory (RAM). Very easy to install and load software,

Light to carry, great keyboard and monitor. Love it!

Rápido, tamaño ideal. En perfecto estado. Muy bonito

Great seller

This is my third laptop computer and it's incredible how far the technology has come in just the past few years. The only downside is that it does not have a disc drive but I was able to purchase a very nice one for only $50--and that includes a carrying case.A bit expensive but well worth it.

Love it. I would recommend it to anyone that needs more file space. The speed is great

I truly madly deeply insanely love this laptop. First and foremost is the aspect ratio. This is one of the fewest laptops in the market that has 3:2 aspect ratio. It has a higher display vs wider display. It's great for reading long letters and viewing photos. The second thing that I like is the charging port is magnetic. When I carry my laptop away from desk, I don't snag the cable accidentally. I think all laptops should have this type of charging port. The keyboard and display pad are silky smooth. Typing for a long time on this laptop is less strenuous. The key buttons are low profile (low key travel distance) and the display pad is big. It's silky smooth. One compromising feature is this laptop has 1 USB port and 1 USB C port in exchange of slimmer laptop. The laptop is very slim. This slimness leaves no room for auxiliary ports such as USB and HDMI. Therefore, I carry a USB hub whenever I travel.

This Surface 4 Laptop is my third Surface product after already owning the Surface Go 2 and the Surface Book 3 and I must say that my family and I are in love with all of them. Each product has it's own use for different situations and the addition of the powerful Laptop was just perfect to finally get rid of our old clunky desktop computer. I purchased the Surface Dock 2 and now I have more connectivity options than I did with my desktop for at home use. The high resolution screen looks great and the touchpad is nice and precise. The keyboard is what you would expect from a regular laptop keyboard but the highlight of the Surface Laptop is the power and portability. It's super light and the battery seems to last forever. Overall, I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a general use laptop with superb portability.

The Microsoft Surface 4 laptop is the laptop for professionals looking for a way to escape the fruit brand ecosystem - the Fruitbook rival we have all been waiting for. I never really cared much for Windows laptops or Microsoft products in general, finding them rather clumsy - but this laptop is officially, a game changer. The laptop features a sleek and sophisticated exterior, within which exists the perfect unison between hardware and software, coming together to bring you a machine that is powerful, featuring the latest technology, a display that sings with beautiful colors, contrast, and saturation without blasting your eyeballs with blue light all while allowing you the convenience that comes with a 10-point capacitive touch screen. The Surface 4 has blown me away and cast a whole new light of potential for what the future of Microsoft will potentially bring. This is one slick, well made, ultra chic and refined piece of professional computing equipment that gives FruitBooks a run for their money. The 2k resolution touchscreen is visually striking, with incredible contrast, detail, and the perfect balance of saturation with great blacks.2. Touch sensitivity is spot on - no lag, no dead zones, totally responsive3. 8gbs of ram didn't seem like much at first, but the hardware is tuned in to work with the software so well, that this really is enough memory (for most people)4. Fast processor allows multitasking with ease, never stutters or skips a beat.5. SILENT. I'm assuming the laptop has a fan in it, but I have yet to hear it. :)6. ATTRACTIVE - this is one very, very, good looking laptop. I got the matte black version which is simply, stunning with its clean stylings and understated elegance.7. Touchpad is Fruitbook quality! Multi gesture support etc. Perfect8. ZERO BLOATWARE!!! Seriously amazing!9. Incredible battery life and wicked fast 2 hour charging from empty to fully charged.10. lightweight.11. Keyboard will be an easy transition for Fruitbook users... pretty much identical in layout, feel, and tactile feedback.12. Magsafe charging port.CONS:1. No pen included to use with the touchscreen.2. touchscreen doesn't fold all the way back. But this is a preference I would have liked, and not so much a neg, per say.3. RAM is not upgradeable, although this doesn't seem like it will get in the way as much as it would with cheaper, low quality laptops.4. no dedicated graphics card, so gaming is pretty much out of the question.BOTTOM LINE:Fruitbook Pro better watch out...this new line of Surface products brings a lot to the table with the added convenience of a Windows 10 operating system environment. Microsoft Surface 4 laptop is perfect for professionals looking for a competent, reliable, and powerful laptop that just works, while staying out of the way and letting you do you. Really blown away by this thing, definitely didn't think I'd be saying that. Buy with confidence, you won't regret it.

I was impressed how well it works together. The disk tested to be very fast in both reading and writing. I didn’t test battery life in normal use, but installed a virtual world viewer and ran it in high performance mode. From a full charge down to 19% took 1 hour and 41 minutes. I am sure that normal usage in a lower power mode would deliver much much longer times. The power adapter has good approvals and a USB charging output. The 2496 x 1664 pixel display is quite beautiful. The keyboard, touch pad and touch screen are good as well. I found the frame rate at default settings in the virtual world app to be too slow for smooth movement of my avatar and had to go to lower quality app graphics to get reasonable performance.
