Absolutely awesome. Very fast. I have no complaints

I was a previous owner of the Surface Pro 7 and purchased this because that needed an upgrade. I use this for podcasting, video editing, and day to day work. It works like a charm.I also purchased the Surface Type Cover to go with it, which is a must have.

Exactly as described and what Students require

The Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is a true powerhouse packed into a sleek and versatile 2-in-1 design. From its stunning 13-inch display to its lightning-fast performance powered by an Intel Core i7 processor and 16GB of RAM, this device delivers on every front. The 256GB SSD ensures ample storage space for all my files, apps, and media, while Windows 11 Home provides a seamless and intuitive user experience. Whether I'm multitasking between productivity tasks or indulging in some entertainment, the Surface Pro 9 handles everything with ease. The device's design is both elegant and functional, with its silver finish exuding a sense of sophistication. The detachable keyboard and pen support further enhance its versatility, allowing me to seamlessly transition from laptop to tablet mode and unleash my creativity wherever I go.I also appreciate the inclusion of a UK plug, ensuring compatibility and convenience right out of the box. Microsoft has truly raised the bar with the Surface Pro 9, offering a premium computing experience that is as powerful as it is portable. If you're in the market for a top-of-the-line 2-in-1 tablet PC, look no further than the Surface Pro 9.

Very good computer, but I bought the first one, after system upgraded, It just couldn't start up. I had to buy a second one right away. The second one is currently working well with no issues.

I am absolutely in love with the Microsoft Surface Pro 9! As someone who needs both power and versatility on the go, this device is an absolute game-changer. The laptop-level performance combined with the tablet functionality is the perfect balance, and the virtually edge-to-edge display is stunning. I also love the built-in kickstand and Surface Pro Keyboard, which make it easy to get productive at any angle. And let's not forget about the Surface Slim Pen 2—the tactile signals make it feel like you're writing on paper, and it's perfect for signing, sketching, or navigating. Overall, the Microsoft Surface Pro 9 is the ultimate device for anyone who needs power, versatility, and portability. I highly recommend it!

It is a good computer, but it is not so special. My old Toshiba (10 year old) was not so slower than this. The price is definetely too high for this machine, but I was in need for a good computer in a short time, and this arrived the day after I have ordered it.

Overall this is a good solid machine. I got this one for £750 during amazon day sale. Which is great.I will cover both Pros and Cons at a high level.Starting with Pro:Brilliant Screen (resolution, display quality), great built quality, built in stand is very handy. Great camera and mic. This is great device for meetings and calls.Battery life is good as well (like 8hours easily). Windows software is getting better with each update.2 thunderbolt very handy.Cons:When I started using, this machine was very difficult to use. Initially software was very bad and buggy. Lots and lots of crashes and screen freezing initially. It became better over time with the software updates but still be mindful that this is not a tablet and windows have so much catching up to do with Apple. On paper this has latest intel processor but trust me it doesn't mean that it is faster. I have intel 10 gen Macbook air 2020 model and it annihilates surface pro 9 by a country mile even in simple website browsing so be mindful of that. If you need this to be super fast then go for a 16gb ram version. And windows is generally not quite fluid as Apple and crashes happen frequently. This is ecosystem problem so you better know this already. In short this is a good machine to have even with window's shortcomings against Apple.

I love it ... if you looking for laptop in tablet shape go for it ... do not forget to by the keyboard and mouse

Works well, good battery life and easy to use. Twinned with the pen it’s a great computer.

The device is fine, really liking it, but this seller is doing something silly with respect to warranties. My manufacturers warranty was initiated a month before I purchased it. I spoke to amazon customer support, and they told me that Amazon offer a 2 year warranty and it should all be fine. But is though? What is the seller doing? It just fills you with a kind of annoying doubt. Feels shady too. Are the warranties even the same? Not sure. Annoyingly I only discovered this after I set the bloody thing up!PS. The device is great, if you're worried that it might be sluggish like some tablets are it's not. It's not, it very fast and responsive, nice gadget for someone who doesn't like baking their balls off sitting in bed with a full-sized laptop.

Delivery was delayed by a few days but I was quickly informed and it was duly delivered as promised. The tablet was as expected and working well.
